研究了热作模具钢5CrNiMo在渗碳淬火处理工艺下的表面组织、冲击韧度、硬度和耐磨性等性能,并与进口冷轧精整辊轮试样作了对比分析。实验结果和生产实际表明,5CrNiMo通过高温气体渗碳、淬火、高温回火,可获得较好的使用性能,在保持高韧性的基础下,可获得比常规热处理工艺高的硬度和耐磨性,适合于制造要求韧性高、承载大、耐磨损的精整辊轮等冷作模具。
The surface structure, impact toughness, hardness and wear resistance of 5CrNiMo hot work die steel were studied in the carburizing and quenching process, and compared with imported cold-rolled finishing roller sample. The experimental results and the actual production show that 5CrNiMo can obtain better serviceability through high temperature gas carburizing, quenching and tempering, and can obtain higher hardness and wear resistance than the conventional heat treatment process under the condition of maintaining high toughness, Suitable for the manufacture of high toughness, carrying large, wear-resistant finishing rollers and other cold die.
