目的 :研究周围神经损伤后 ,脊神经节感觉神经元的死亡数量。方法 :先计算正常SD大鼠两侧的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数是否对称 ,再切断并原位吻合右侧大鼠坐骨神经 ,左侧不作任何处理、作为对照 ,于术后不同时间取L4~L6脊神经节作HE染色计算脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数量的变化。结果 :正常SD大鼠两侧的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数量呈对称分布 ;右侧坐骨神经损伤后 ,其脊神经节感觉神经元胞体数量较左侧减少。结论 :大鼠坐骨神经损伤后 ,脊神经节感觉神经元的胞体有死亡 ,其死亡具有一定的特征。
PURPOSE: To study the number of sensory neurons in the dorsal root ganglion after peripheral nerve injury. Methods: Calculate whether the number of sensory neurons in the spinal ganglion neurons on both sides of normal SD rats is symmetrical, then cut off and anastomosed right sciatic nerve rats, without any treatment on the left, as a control, take L4 ~ L6 spinal ganglia were stained with HE to calculate the change of the number of sensory neurons in the spinal ganglion. Results: The numbers of sensory neurons in the spinal ganglion on both sides of normal SD rats were symmetrical distribution. After the right sciatic nerve injury, the number of sensory neurons in the spinal ganglion decreased compared with that on the left. CONCLUSION: After the sciatic nerve injury in rats, the cell bodies of sensory neurons in the dorsal root ganglion have died and their death has certain characteristics.
