采用1000TCID_(50) COX B_3病毒感染96孔培养板培养的SD乳鼠心肌细胞,分别于感染后1,4,8和24h加黄芪皂甙或黄芪,发现细胞培养液中LDH释放量均显著低于对照组,而DNA合成速率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。病毒感染后48h培养液病毒滴度(Lg 3.78 TCID_(50)和Lg 4.33 TCID_(50)明显低于对照组(Lg 5.78 TCID_(50))。表明黄芪皂甙和黄芪均有保护心肌细胞免受COX B_3病毒感染的作用。
Using 1000TCID_(50) COX B_3 virus to infect SD neonatal rat cardiomyocytes cultured in 96-well culture plates, Astragalus membranaceus or Astragalus membranaceus was added at 1, 4, 8 and 24h after infection, respectively. The LDH release in the cell culture medium was significantly lower than that of the control. In the control group, the DNA synthesis rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
