目的：改善肾肿瘤的手术条件，减少术中出血及肿瘤细胞的转移、种植及播散。提高姑息治疗患者的生存质量。方法：经肾动脉灌注化疗药物同时应用ＮＴ－海球栓、弹簧钢圈或明胶海绵行患肾或病灶栓塞。结果：切除术前栓塞１２例，手术顺利，出血减少，平均输血２３３ｍｌ。姑息治疗１０例，临床症状明显改善。结论：肾动脉栓塞安全可靠，对中晚期肾肿瘤的治疗有重要意义
Objective: To improve the surgical conditions of renal tumors, reduce intraoperative bleeding and tumor cell metastasis, planting and dissemination. Improve the quality of life of palliative patients. Methods: Chemotherapy of renal artery perfusion with the application of NT-tampon, spring steel ring or gelatin sponge in patients with renal or focal embolism. Results: Embolization in 12 cases before surgery, the operation was successful, reduce bleeding, the average blood transfusion 233ml. Palliative treatment in 10 cases, clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion: Renal artery embolization is safe and reliable, which is of great significance for the treatment of advanced renal tumors
