本文初步报告He-Ne激光对病原真菌的照射观察,为今后进一步研究、积累一些资料。所使用的He-Ne激光器,系本院激光室提供。红光,输出功率3毫瓦左右,波长6328(?)。一、照射方法及结果(一) 玻片微量培养照射:使用含有1%Tween“80”的鉴定培基,接种7株白色念珠菌和1株热带念珠菌。28℃培养。照射时间分别为10、15、20、30分钟。结果:在7~20小时内,随着照射时间的延长,形成厚膜孢子越多,而热带型者无厚膜孢子。(二) 沙氏葡萄糖琼脂平板上,点状接种后
