在站间含蜡热油管道稳定工况运行过程中,油品的比热容、密度和粘度等物性参数都会随着沿程油温的变化而改变。同时,加热站间管道沿线流体的流态和流型随着温度的变化也会发生转变。综合考虑以上因素,对加热站间管线进行了热力计算区间划分,应用各自不同的比热容及水力坡降计算公式进行站间热力计算,计算过程中采用了MATLAB7.0中自适应变步长的Lobatto数值求积算法。与传统的苏霍夫公式相比,本文公式更符合含蜡热油管输的实际情况。
During the steady operation of the waxy hot oil pipeline between stations, the specific heat capacity, density, viscosity and other physical properties of the oil will change as the oil temperature along the pipeline changes. In the meantime, the fluid flow pattern and flow pattern along the pipeline between heating stations also change with the change of temperature. Taking the above factors into consideration, the thermal calculation interval is divided between the heating stations, and the calculation formulas of different specific heat capacity and hydraulic gradient are used to calculate the thermal calculation between stations. Compared with the traditional Sukhov formula, this formula is more in line with the actual situation of the waxy hot oil pipeline.
