盾构刀盘三齿同步驱动系统优化设计

建立了以盾构刀盘三齿同步驱动系统体积最小为目标的数学模型,利用遗传算法对其进行优化求解,并对优化后的小齿轮在不同布局形式下的载荷均衡性进行了分析。结果表明,采用遗传算法可显著提高设计效率和精度,优化结果达到了减重、节能的要求;小齿轮布局形式为30°-150°-270°时,其载荷均衡性最好。研究结果可为低速、重载的多齿轮并联驱动系统的设计及制造提供理论依据。 The mathematic model with the smallest volume of the tridentate synchronous driven system of shield cutterhead was established. The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the mathematical model. The load balance of the optimized pinion under different layouts was also analyzed. The results show that the genetic algorithm can significantly improve the design efficiency and accuracy, and the optimized results meet the requirements of weight reduction and energy saving. The load balance is best when the pinion layout is in the range of 30 ° -150 ° -270 °. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of low-speed, heavy-load multi-gear parallel drive system.
