为进一步深化校企合作,强化人才培养的措施,努力提高人才培养质量,本文从专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、学生技能培养和就业等角度,对前期在校企合作方面所开展的工作进行回顾,提出打破一学年分两个学期的常规办学思路,创新实践第三学期“工学交替”教学模式。从有关管理部门、企、校三方面分析制约深化校企合作的客观因素,就下一步校企合作目标进行规划。
