自6月份起,以电能量自动化采集系统为基础数据源,能够实现线损管理智能化、自动化的线损管理信息系统,在内蒙古电力公司所属各供电单位全面推行,该系统为公司实现线损的全电压级封闭化管理提供了技术支持。长期以来,该公司各单位线损管理存在各级关口表统计手段落后,分析数据不全面,无法实现数据实时计算等弊端,制约了及时统计、系统分析、制订降损对策等线损管理方面的提高。公司发展策划部针对此现状,多方调研,通过招投标方式,与软件公司合作开发并推行线损管理信息系统。
