据外刊报道,21世纪即将到来,国外专家认为,作为一个优秀企业,为了保持自己的原有地位,必须利用本世纪最后五年,不断改善企业经营体制,满足下述几个条件。 首先必须加快新技术进入市场的速度。因为一进入21世纪,技术更新必然更加频繁,速度必然加快,为此,应经常使技术开发部门与销售部门紧密合作,提高研究开发的速度。 其次要与其他公司建立战略合作,专力经营本公司产品。因为21世纪全球的竞争必然加剧,要向从国际上看较强的领域和商品集中投入人力、物力和财力,避免综合经营。 复次要充分吸收用户,并以满足用户作为经常目标。为此全体职工必须乐于工作,从而做出贡献。 第四不仅要使工厂合理化,而且要使附属部门少而精,以提高生产性。 第五要从全球观点出发展开经营战略。 第六在大变化中寻找企业成长的机会。
