PASX410分流器铸件材质为SUS440马氏体铸造不锈钢,铸件形状为空芯圆环状,内部有8条筋8个孔,形状复杂。在生产制造过程中,通过蜡模使用尿素芯成形工艺和模具研究试验,发现蜡模生产率低、废品率高。为此,对蜡模成形工艺进行了进一步的研究:重新设计了蜡模结构,确定了蜡模上下两体单独设计制造,然后组合装配的工艺方法。为保证上下体蜡模定位制造精度和互换性,模具设计采用了特殊设计制造方法;蜡模组装使用蜡溶剂、修补剂等工艺,保证了蜡模的装配可靠性和精度;对型壳制造、浇注工艺制订了严格的控制方法,使铸件达到了设计要求。
