The research and evaluation on the key technologies of “major new drug creation” are of great significance to the development of pharmaceutical R & D sectors and the formulation of corresponding policies in order to enhance the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry. The paper discusses the basic principles of setting up key technology evaluation indexes for new drug creation, determines the comprehensive evaluation system for the key technologies in all aspects of new drug creation, and provides reference and evaluation methods for the evaluation and assessment of key technologies in the field of new drug research and development.
