由于急性心肌梗塞(AMI)诊疗技术的进展,AMI的存活率明显升高.在存活的人群中,室壁瘤的发生率达4～20%.因此,对室壁瘤的诊断研究具有现实意义.本文通过左心室造影和手术证实的左心室壁一例探讨心电图对其诊断价值和ST段抬高的可能机制.
Survival rate of AMI is obviously increased due to the progress of diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and the incidence of aneurysm is 4% to 20% in the surviving population.Therefore, it is of practical significance to diagnose aneurysm In this paper, a case of left ventricular wall confirmed by left ventricular angiography and surgery was investigated to explore the possible mechanism of electrocardiogram in its diagnostic value and ST segment elevation.
