Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), a small number of patients with extramedullary lesions, often unknown signs of disease, but early diagnosis and timely treatment of some patients is still expected to extend the survival. A total of 3 cases of the author, 2 cases showed extensive mass of lymph nodes, 1 case of repeated subcutaneous nodules are reported below.
