2015年以来,“群团工作”成了全党、全社会重点关注的高频词,党中央、国务院相继出台了《关于加强和改进党的群团工作的意见》《关于加强社会主义协商民主建设的意见》和《关于构建和谐劳动关系的意见》等一系列纲领性文件,习近平总书记在几次重要会议上都作了讲话,尤其是7月6日至7日由中共中央召开的党的群团工作会议,政治局常委全体出席,会议规格之高、重视程度之大,在党的历史上还是第一次。这充分表明新常态下,党中央通过群团组织动员群众、整合社会传统
