目的确定板蓝根黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并初步评价其抗氧化活性。方法在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面法优化板蓝根总黄酮的提取条件;通过总黄酮对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基的清除作用来研究其抗氧化活性。结果板蓝根黄酮最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶24.1、提取时间29 min和乙醇浓度60%,此条件下黄酮得率为54.4 mg·g?1;板蓝根黄酮对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基具有较好的清除能力。结论该优化工艺实现了板蓝根中黄酮类化合物的高效提取。
Objective To determine the best extraction technology of flavonoids from Radix Isatidis and to evaluate its antioxidant activity. Methods Based on single factor experiments, the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Radix Isatidis were optimized by response surface methodology. The antioxidant activity of total flavones was studied by their scavenging effects on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazine free radicals. Results The optimum extraction of flavonoids from Radix isatidis was 1:24.1, the extraction time was 29 min and the concentration of ethanol was 60%. Under these conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 54.4 mg · g -1. The contents of 1,1-diphenyl- 2-picrylhydrazine free radicals have better scavenging ability. Conclusion The optimized process achieved the efficient extraction of flavonoids from Radix isatidis.
