使用AU—02型振动觉测定仪对607名健康学生和从事无害作业的工人进行指振动觉阈值测定,振动刺激采用63Hz、125Hz和250Hz三种频率以及连续与间断两种方式。结果表明:指振动觉阈值与性别和手别无关;食指、中指和无名指的振动觉比较敏感,其中食指最明显,在三种频率中以125Hz振动刺激时最敏感。应用百分位数法进行统计,并与振动病患者的测定结果作对比分析。建议中国人左手食指振动觉正常值在连续振动时为7.5—15.5dB,在间断振动时为5.0—12.5dB。
AU-02 type vibration detector was used to measure the threshold of vibration of 607 healthy students and workers engaged in innocuous operation. The vibration stimulation adopted three kinds of frequencies of 63Hz, 125Hz and 250Hz, and continuous and intermittent methods. The results showed that: the threshold of sensory vibration was independent of gender and hand; Sensitivity of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger were more sensitive, and the index finger was the most obvious. It was most sensitive to the vibration of 125Hz at three frequencies. The application of the method of percentile statistics, and vibration patients with the results for comparative analysis. It is recommended that the normal sensation of left hand index finger vibration be 7.5-15.5dB for continuous vibration and 5.0-12.5dB for intermittent vibration.
