从政治上关心老干部,是十一届三中全会以来我们党在干部工作中形成的一条重要指导方针。重视加强老干部党支部建设,充分发挥老干部党支部作用。是贯彻这一方针的重要措施和途径。目前,我省有离退休干部党员9万余人,已建立党支部2413个,无论从数量上、素质上和影响上都在全省党员干部队伍和党的基层组织中占有重要的地位。各级党委要把老干部党支部建设纳入党建工作的总体规划,坚持贯彻从严治党的方针,按照《山西省离退休干部党支部工作条例》,针对老干部的思想特点和规律,抓好组织建设、思想建设和作风建设的各项具体工作,充分发挥老干部党支部的作用。
