随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入,我国汽轮机制造业在近年来的时间里获得了迅速的发展。30万80万千瓦汽轮发电机组的诞生,是这种发展的最显著象征。这一发展没有经济体制改革以及对外开放政策是绝难实现的。然而,这一发展仅是步入世界先进汽轮机制造厂家之林的开端,引进技术还有待于国产化,“三上一提高”的目标还须靠各大、中、小汽轮机企业的共同努力来实现。为此,在1987年到来之际,我们邀请了部分企业的总工程师展望未来的发展、畅谈新的腾飞宏图。本刊期望以此激励汽轮机行业广大科技人员奋发和努力在新的一年里做出更大贡献。
With the gradual deepening of China’s economic restructuring, China’s steam turbine manufacturing industry has enjoyed rapid development in recent years. This development can not be achieved without the economic reform and the policy of opening to the outside world. However, this development is only the beginning of entering the world’s advanced turbine manufacturers, the introduction of technology has yet to be made in China, “three to raise” the target must also rely on the large, medium and small turbine enterprises in common Efforts to achieve. To this end, on the occasion of the advent of 1987, we invited the chief engineers of some enterprises to look forward to the future development and talk about the new grand occasion.
