Tea-Malaysia trade refers to the trade system of tea-to-Ma that was implemented in the border areas during the Tang and Song dynasties and the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is an important historical phenomenon in the history of China’s ethnic relations. The tea-horse trade started in Tang and prevailed in the Song, Ming and Qing dynasties. It lasted for more than a thousand years and involved many ethnic minorities. The tea-horse trade was once the link that promoted the economic ties and friendly relations among all ethnic groups. It was also used by the feudal ruling class to cut down the frontier ethnic minorities. This article will discuss the trade of tea and horses and its important influence on tea culture. That is, along with the development of the trade in tea and horses, people from all ethnic groups in the northern and western frontier regions
