本文针对燃煤锻造加热炉的节能途径进行了探讨,分析了影响热效率的各种因素,提出了节约能源的各种具体措施。内容包括:1.根据目前不少企业对能源重视不够、管理不善,提出了具体的能源管理制度;2.在选择先进炉型或改造现有旧炉时应考虑的问题;3.加强热工技术管理,以达到节能的目的;4.减少和回收热损失,提高炉子热效率;5.提高司炉工的理论水平和操作技术是节能不可忽视的有效措施之一。
In this paper, the ways to save energy in coal-fired forging furnace are discussed, and various factors that affect the thermal efficiency are analyzed. Various concrete measures for energy saving are put forward. The contents include: 1. According to the current lack of attention to many enterprises on energy, poor management, put forward a specific energy management system; 2 in the choice of advanced furnace or the transformation of the existing old furnace should be considered; 3.
