临床证明,强肝软坚汤治疗肝硬变有效。我们用成熟雄性大白鼠,先用10%CCl_4橄榄油溶液腹腔注射,经十三周复制成典型肝硬变后,治疗组喂强肝软坚汤中药。动物在二年半内,每隔半年做连续肝活检一次,观察两组动物肝脏病理学的动态变化。结果表明,治疗组在体重增加和行为状态方面均优于对照组,且自发死亡率低,腹水消退快。肝细胞变性、坏死首先恢复,随之
Clinical evidence that strong liver soft Jian Tang effective treatment of cirrhosis.
