改革开放以来,当代中国少年儿童音乐创作的现状如何?与以往相比,孩子们的音乐生态环境发生了怎样的变化?在市场经济条件下,少年儿童歌曲创作如何谋求生存与发展?凡此种种,都是有志于儿童音乐事业的人们常常困惑不解、耿耿于怀的问题,亟需给予科学的研讨及理性的回答。2008年10月25日至28日,“2008‘快乐阳光’中国少年儿童音乐创作论坛”在浙江丽水市举行。论坛由《音乐生活》杂志社、人民音乐出版社、中国少年儿童歌曲卡拉OK电视大赛艺委会、全国音乐报刊协作网等单位主办,由《人民音乐》、《儿童音乐》、《歌曲》、《词刊》、《中国音乐教育》、《中小学音乐教育》、《小音乐家》、《小艺术家》、中央电视台“音乐快递”栏目、中央人民广播电台“星星火炬”栏目、《西部时报》驻浙江记者站等单位协办,由北京晨歌文化艺术有限公司、杭州阳光花朵儿童影视艺术中心承办。来自全国各地的著名作曲家、词作家、音乐理论家、音乐编辑家:秦咏诚、田歌、李幼容、潘振声、晓丹、龚耀年、晨枫、冯世全、金月苓、虞文琴、邬大为、胡宏伟、苏柳、王效恭、金亚文、秦植国、曾宪瑞、潘兆和、徐占海、耿大权、侯小声、李众以及有关人士80余人出席了会议。怀着对我国儿童音乐事业的强烈责任感,代表们以饱满的热情,敏锐的观察,深沉的思考,围绕儿童音乐创作的主题,展开了广泛而深入的研讨,内容主要涉及历史与现实、成就与问题、理念与思辩、主体与客体、艺术与文化、创新与坚守、生活与技巧、题材与体裁等等。
Since the reform and opening up, what is the status quo of children’s music creation in contemporary China? How did the children’s music environment change compared with the past? How can the children’s song creation seek survival and development in the market economy? Are all people who are interested in the cause of children’s music are often puzzled and embarrassed. We urgently need to give scientific discussions and rational answers. From October 25 to 28, 2008, “Happy Sunshine 2008 China Children Music Creation Forum” was held in Lishui, Zhejiang Province. The forum is sponsored by “Music Life” magazine, People’s Music Publishing House, Chinese Children’s Song Karaoke TV Contest, and National Music Press and Cooperation Network. The forum is organized by “People’s Music”, “Children’s Music”, “Songs” “Journal”, “Chinese music education”, “music education in primary and secondary schools”, “small musician”, “little artist”, CCTV “music express ” column, CNR “Star Torch ” , “West Times” reporter station in Zhejiang and other units co-organized by Beijing Morning Song Culture and Arts Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Sunshine Flower Children’s Video Arts Center contractors. Famous composers, songwriters, music theorists and music editors from all over the country: Qin Yongcheng, Tian Song, Li Yourong, Pan Zhensheng, Xiao Dan, Gong Yao Nian, Chen Feng, Feng Shiquan, Jin Yueeling, Yu Wenqin, Wu Dawei, Hu Hongwei, More than 80 people attended the conference, including Wang Xiao Gong, Jin Ya Wen, Qin Zhi Guo, Zeng Xian Rui, Pan Zhao He, Xu Zhan Hai, Geng Da Quan, Hou Xiao Sheng, Li Zhong and relevant persons. With a strong sense of responsibility for the cause of children’s music in our country, deputies with extensive enthusiasm, keen observation and deep thinking focused on the theme of children’s music creation. The contents mainly covered history and reality, achievements and Problems, ideas and thinking, subjects and objects, arts and culture, innovation and perseverance, life and skills, themes and genres, and more.
