为了探讨99mTcHL9l乏氧显像对原发性肺癌的诊断效能。对25例拟诊断原发性肺癌患者,术前进行放射性核素99mTcHL9l肿瘤乏氧细胞显像,以病理结果为金标准,分析99mTcHL9l显像对原发性肺癌的诊断价值。术后病理结果显示,原发性肺癌19例,转移性肺癌1例,良性病变5例(肺结核球3例,炎性假瘤和错构瘤各1例)。19例原发性肺癌中有17例显像阳性,5例良性病灶中2例显像阳性。1例转移性肺癌呈阳性显像。99mTcHL9l显像对原发性肺癌诊断的灵敏度为89.5%(17/19),特异性为60%(3/5),准确性83.3%(20/24)。初步研究结果提示,99mTcHL9l显像对原发性肺癌的诊断有较好的应用价值,99mTcHL9l显像能直观地显示肺癌的乏氧情况。
In order to investigate the diagnostic efficacy of 99mTcHL9l hypoxia imaging in primary lung cancer. Twenty - five cases of primary lung cancer patients who were diagnosed as primary lung cancer underwent 99mTcHL9l tumor hypoxia imaging before operation. The pathological results were taken as gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of 99mTcHL9I imaging in primary lung cancer. Postoperative pathological findings showed 19 cases of primary lung cancer, 1 case of metastatic lung cancer, 5 cases of benign disease (3 cases of tuberculosis, 1 case of inflammatory pseudotumor and hamartoma). In 19 cases of primary lung cancer, 17 cases were positive, and 2 of 5 benign lesions were imaging positive. One case of metastatic lung cancer was positive imaging. The sensitivity of 99mTcHL9I imaging for the diagnosis of primary lung cancer was 89.5% (17/19), specificity was 60% (3/5) and accuracy was 83.3% (20/24). Preliminary results suggest that 99mTcHL9l imaging for the diagnosis of primary lung cancer has a good value, 99mTcHL9l imaging can intuitively show hypoxia in lung cancer.
