At the press conference held on the site of the 15th Shanghai Textile Industry Exhibition, Zhang Jie, Chairman of China Hengtian Group Co., Ltd. announced that Hengtian Group has completed the full acquisition of Hong Kong Ericsson Industrial Co., Ltd. According to the statistics, Heng Tian Group formally entered into the business of Ericsson, the world’s leading supplier of dyeing and finishing equipment, at a transaction value of HK $ 1.09 per share for a total amount of HK $ 1.039 billion on June 3. The completion of the transaction marks the core business of Hengtian - textile machinery business to achieve the comprehensive strength of the domestic textile machinery business
