一雷锋精神作为一种精神现象,是根源于社会主义的社会存在基础上的。第一,社会主义生产资料公有制是雷锋精神产生的经济条件。任何一个时代占统治地位的思想,都是统治阶级的思想。社会主义生产资料公有制的建立,为共产主义精神的形成奠定了决定性的条件。社会主义经济基础要求上层建筑及其意识形态,必须是社会主义性质的,这样才能与经济基础相适应,并为之服务。与此同时,也要求人们的思想觉悟,道德观念、价值观念、精神面貌发生变化。公有制经济要求形成新的“思想社会关系”,即社会主义精神。第二,社会主义根本制度是雷锋精神产生的政治条件。社会主义根本制度是指以公有制为基础的根本经济制度,以人民民主专政为基础的根本政治制度,以马克思主义、毛泽东思想为指导的根本意识形态制
