目的：探讨踝关节骨折的手术内固定治疗及效果。方法回顾性分析50例踝关节骨折患者临床资料,患者均采用手术内固定治疗。观察手术效果。结果术后6~18个月复诊,50例患者优21例,良20例,可7例,差2例,优良率为82%。结论踝关节的解剖复位可获得最佳的临床疗效,采用切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折可保证解剖复位,最大限度地恢复踝关节功能,能够获得显著的临床治疗效果。“,”ObjectiveTo investigate surgical internal fixation treatment and effect for ankle joint fracture.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 50 ankle joint fracture patients. All patients received surgical internal fixation treatment, and their effects were observed.ResultsSubsequent visit in postoperative 6~18 months showed 21 excellent cases, 20 good cases, 7 moderate cases and 2 bad cases among 50 patients, with good rate as 82%.ConclusionAnatomical reduction of ankle joint can provide the best clinical effect, and surgical reduction internal fixation treatment for ankle joint fracture can ensure anatomical reduction and recover ankle joint function maximally. This method contains excellent effect in clinical treatment.
