患儿女性,9岁,因咽部疼痛,自服六神丸后1小时,出现发热,全身斑疹,于1987年9月14日入院。体:T39.2℃,P120次/分,R30次/分,神志清楚,高热面容,全身多处斑疹,以四肢为著,皮疹高出皮肤,表面暗红,融合成片,疹间皮肤正常。咽红,两肺呼吸音清晰,心率120次/分,节律整齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音,腹部无特殊。实验室检查:白细胞13.5×10~9/L中性粒细胞83％,淋巴细胞15％,单核细胞
