目的:探讨空间环境对药用植物的影响。方法:以药用植物桔梗种子为材料,搭载返回式人造地球卫星,回到地面后研究其超微结构的变化。结果:光镜条件下飞行组和地面组叶片的组织结构基本相同;电镜条件下可以看到飞行组和地面组的细胞核、叶绿体等超微结构有一定程度的区别。结论:空间环境对桔梗有一定影响,这种影响尚待深入研究
Objective: To explore the influence of space environment on medicinal plants. Methods: The medicinal plant Platycodon grandiflorum seed was used as a material, equipped with a returning artificial satellite, and returned to the ground to study its ultrastructural changes. Results: Under the condition of light microscope, the tissue structures of the leaves of the flight group and the ground group were basically the same; under the condition of the electron microscope, the ultrastructures of the nucleus and chloroplast in the flight group and the ground group were different to some extent. Conclusion: Space environment has a certain influence on Platycodon grandiflorum, and this effect needs to be further studied.
