浅谈中国梦之法治中国——以十八届三中全会为背景

十八届三中全会召开,会议通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,《决定》中做出推进法治中国建设的举措,并提出一系列将来实施的侧重面。本文将结合法治中国的含义,以及与中国梦的关系,提出本文对建设法治中国的看法和法治国家的评判标准。

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held. The meeting passed the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform and the measures made in the Decision to promote the rule of law in China and put forward a series of priorities to be implemented in the future. This article will combine the meaning of the rule of law in China, and the relationship with the Chinese dream, put forward the views of this article on the construction of rule of law in China and the criteria for judging the country under the rule of law.
