户籍制度在中国的存在,在一定的历史时期曾起到了很大的作用,但是,随着社会的发展,最初的户籍制度已经不能适应当下的需要,所以户籍制度的改革就是现在的当务之急。文章从近几年全国各地的户籍改革的成果和不足出发,联系最新国务院出台的关于户籍改革制度的指导意见,分析其中的原则条款,得出户籍制度背后的法理知识。
The existence of the household registration system in China has played a significant role in a certain historical period. However, with the development of society, the initial household registration system can no longer meet the current needs. Therefore, the reform of the household registration system is now a top priority. Based on the achievements and deficiencies of household registration reform in various parts of the country in recent years, the article, in connection with the guidance issued by the State Council on the reform of household registration system in recent years, analyzes the principles and clauses therein and draws the legal knowledge behind the household registration system.
