本文报导肺结核病人的管理工作,通过承包形式的改革,在前后三个周内,规则服药率、规则验痰率、规则复查率分别提高了28%,24%,19%。经两年实践,效益显著,管理方便,完成的八项主要指标,累计达到96%(初治)94%(复治)左右。改革中弹性工作时间的采用,既有利于工作,解决了工作人员在下班时间随访病人的困难,大大激发了工作人员的积极性。
This article reports on the management of tuberculosis patients. Through the reform of the contracting system, the rate of rule taking, regular sputum aspiration, and rule review rate increased by 28%, 24% and 19% respectively in the three weeks before and after. After two years of practice, significant benefits, management convenience, the completion of the eight major indicators, a total of 96% (initial) 94% (retreatment) around. The adoption of flexible working hours during the reform not only benefits work but also solves the difficulties of staff members in following up patients during off hours and greatly stimulates the enthusiasm of the staff.
