超声波探伤已被广泛应用在各种焊缝的检查中,但对操作者要求具有一定的技能和经验。若技术不精的话,则可能漏检和误检。其中,钢焊缝超声波探伤必须由技术熟练者进行,而这方面的人员正在逐年减少。为解决此问题而研制了一种新型手提式超声波探伤仪,即使初学者也可对钢焊缝进行超声波探伤,自动判断合格与否,而个会导致检查结果因人而异。本装置的最大优点是用计算机自动评价缺陷,操作者只要用超声波探头(以下简称探头)扫描就能进行超声波探伤。另外,因本装置能自动编写报告,故除了能缩短检查时间外,还能将探伤数据和报告的内容保存在软磁盘上。本文就装置的构成、特征及探伤实例作一介绍。
Ultrasonic testing has been widely used in a variety of weld inspection, but the operator requirements have certain skills and experience. If the technology is not good, then it may miss and false positives.
