全喉切除术后各种新的发声重建术虽简单有效,但发声时需要间断堵住气管造口,对病人具有不方便、不卫生和引人注目等缺点。本文介经一种结构简单,可调节气流的气管造口活瓣,讲话时不需要用手指使肺内呼出的气流转向。该装置包括一个聚氯乙烯作成的外壳,其外缘呈凸面,可适合各种形状和大小的气管造口。外壳圆盘用低变应原双面粘合剂固定于造口处四周的皮肤上,再在其周围封盖一薄层液状粘合剂,以免漏气。内缘呈斜面,后方有一凹槽,以利活瓣嵌合。上方有一弓形闩,可防止衣服堵塞活瓣入口。乳胶活瓣膜永远附于活瓣中央杆上,它对气流很敏感,随呼吸运动而变化。正常呼吸
