以间羟基苯甲醛为原料合成小分子免疫调节剂 DL—forphenicinol[DL-2-(3-羟基-4-羟甲基苯基)甘氨酸],并对其合成方法作了探讨。药理试验表明,本品对给予环磷酰胺的小鼠有明显的增强细胞免疫的作用,并能使正常鼠及可的松所致碳粒廓清率下降的小鼠吞噬功能明显增强。
DL-forphenicinol [DL-2- (3-hydroxy-4-hydroxymethylphenyl) glycine] was synthesized from m-hydroxybenzaldehyde. The synthesis method was also discussed. Pharmacological tests show that the product of cyclophosphamide given mice have significantly enhanced cellular immunity and normal mice and cortisone can cause decreased clearance rate of carbon particles in mice phagocytic function was significantly enhanced.
