用黑斑毒素处理不同抗性的向日葵品种,在抗耐病品种中,慢带区产生新的谱带1~3条影响品种的抗病性。接种毒素后,各品种PO活性迅速增加,品种的抗性越强PO活性增加的幅度愈大,PO受抑制的程度愈小。因此,认为PO是向日葵抗黑斑病机制的组分之一.
The treatment of different resistant varieties of sunflower with melanotoxin, in the resistant varieties, the slow band to produce a new band 1 to 3 affect the disease resistance of varieties. After inoculation of toxins, the activity of each species of PO increased rapidly, the stronger the resistance of varieties, the greater the extent of increase of PO activity and the less extent of inhibition of PO. Therefore, PO is considered as one of the components of the sunflower anti-melasma mechanism.
