(一)太阴病脏脏寒证李某某,女,52岁。农民。1987年3月17日诊。患者昨午冷食后,腹满时痛呕吐,晚间腹泻五六次,水谷不化,溲清纳差,腹部喜温喜按,舌淡苔白,脉沉缓。此寒湿直中太阴证也。治宜温中散寒。理中汤主之。党参18克干姜15克白术15克炙甘草10克,煎服2剂,病即霍然。按:冷饮冷食,直中太阴,胃肠阳气受损,寒湿内阻,呈现脏寒证。理中汤燮理中焦,振奋脾阳,对证之良方也。
