“看病难,看病贵”是当前社会反映十分强烈的热点问题,也是党和政府正着力解决的重大民生问题。为此,国家卫生部最近发布了《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见(征求意见稿)》,引起社会强烈反响和普遍关注。为探寻医院改革的新路子,本刊“特别关注”栏目的记者专程走访了“全国百姓放心示范医院”——石门县人民医院,该院的一些做法得到老百姓的认可和赞许,也使医院获得了良好的效益,他们的经验也许能给我们有益的启示。
“Difficult to see a doctor, expensive to see a doctor” is a hot issue that is very strongly reflected in the current society. It is also a major livelihood issue that the party and the government are trying to solve. For this reason, the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China recently released the “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)”, which has aroused strong repercussions from the community and widespread concern. In order to explore a new path for hospital reform, the reporter of the journal “Special Attention” visited the “National People’s Hospital for Relieving Demonstration” -- Shimen County People’s Hospital. Some of the hospital’s practices were recognized and appreciated by the people. It also made the hospital obtain good benefits, and their experience may give us useful inspiration.
