目的:探讨附睾碱性磷酸酶的分布及作用。方法:雄性小白鼠附睾恒冷箱切片,碱性磷酸酶钙钻法染色。结果:附睾头部的附睾管上皮细胞游离缘碱性磷酸酶呈强阳性反应,附睾体部酶反应阴性,附睾尾部的附睾管上皮细胞基底部基膜碱性磷酸酶反应阳性。结论:附睾头、体、尾三部分的碱性磷酸酶分布有明显的区域差别。附睾中碱性磷酸酶可能参与了精于成熟发育和分化过程中的物质代谢和物质交换及生化血附睾屏障的形成。
Objective: To investigate the distribution and function of epididymal alkaline phosphatase. Methods: The male mice were epididymal cryostat sections and stained with alkaline phosphatase calcium. Results: Free epinephrine alkaline phosphatase of the epididymal epithelium in the head of epididymis was strongly positive. The enzymatic reaction of the epididymis was negative. The basement membrane alkaline phosphatase of epididymal epithelium in the tail of epididymis was positive. Conclusion: There are obvious regional differences in the distribution of alkaline phosphatase in the three parts of the head, body and tail of the epididymis. Epididymal alkaline phosphatase may be involved in the maturation of the development and differentiation of the material metabolism and material exchange and the formation of biochemical blood epididymal barrier.
