近年来随着剖宫产率的增加,剖官产术后并发子宫内膜异位症亦有所增加.我院1970年至1988年共发生11例,现总结报道如下.临床资料一、发生率:我院1970年至1988年19年间共行剖宫产术2314例,其中发生子宫内膜异位症11例,占0.63%;全部病例均经病理检查证实.11例患者中腹壁疤痕子宫内膜异位2例;盆腔腹膜、双侧骶韧带处子宫内膜异位2例;子宫峡部结节3例;卵巢巧克力囊肿4例.
