应变时效敏感性试验是规定一个应变量(一般为1O%),用人工时效(250℃1h)模拟,代替自然时效来检验钢材的冲击韧性。采用U型和V型试样,对于材料常规冲击试验结果并不相同。因而单纯比较其应变时效后的冲击功是没有意义的。只有按公式求出的时效敏感系数C值才有意义。为此,我们对20g锅炉钢板进行了验证试验。采用的钢板厚度分别为30mm和10mm两种。试样尺寸为10×10×55和7.5×10×55mm,应变时效分别为应变10%,250℃1h;应变5%250℃1h;应变5%1h。采用U型和V
Strain aging sensitivity test is to provide a strain (usually 1O%), artificial aging (250 ℃ 1h) simulation, instead of natural aging to test the impact toughness of steel. U-shaped and V-shaped samples, the results of the conventional impact test for the material is not the same. Therefore, simply comparing the impact energy after strain aging is meaningless. Only the formula obtained by the value of the time-sensitive coefficient C meaningful. To this end, we have 20g boiler plate validation test. The thickness of the steel plate is 30mm and 10mm respectively. The sample size is 10 × 10 × 55 and 7.5 × 10 × 55mm, the strain aging is respectively 10% strain at 250 ℃ for 1h, strain 5% at 250 ℃ for 1 hour and strain at 5% for 1 hour. U-shaped and V-shaped
