朝鲜最高领导人金正日2006年11月访问中国,访问了广东等地。他此行期间表现出对中国农业科技成果、城市建设经验和经济发展成就的关注,从侧面反映出朝鲜对于发展经济的重视和期待。最近这几年,朝鲜在困境中奋发图新,在低谷中寻找发展“蹊径”,在推行“先军政治”实现国家安全与社会稳定的基础上,适时调整经济政策,朝鲜人民的生活水平正在不断提高——
