国际上将围产儿死亡率(perinatal mortality rate,PMR)和围产儿死因构成比作为评价群体卫生状况的重要标志之一。降低围产儿死亡率是妇幼保健工作的重点。本文通过对福建省11年来的围产儿死亡原因及变化趋势作回顾性分析,旨在探讨并制定有针对性的预防措施,为有效降低围产儿死亡率、提高围产期保健工作质量提供科学依据。
Internationally, perinatal mortality rate (perinatal mortality rate, PMR) and perinatal mortality constitute as one of the important indicators to evaluate the health status of the population. Reducing perinatal mortality is the focus of MCH work. Based on the retrospective analysis of the causes and the changing trend of perinatal deaths in Fujian Province in the past 11 years, this paper aims to explore and formulate targeted preventive measures to provide a scientific basis for effectively reducing the perinatal mortality rate and improving the quality of perinatal health care work .
