运算放大器广泛地适用于计算机、控制系统、测量仪器等方面。六十年代初出现单片集成电路运算放大器,近十年来得到了迅速发展。单片集成电路放火器愈来愈体现出它的优点。它具有体积小、增益高、低漂移、可靠性高等优点。国内已出现增益为25×10~4或更高性能的集成电路放大器。随着我国电子技术的蓬勃发展,将出现性能更高的单片集成电路运算放大器。本文介绍几种国内典型的单片集成电路运算放大器,并分析了它的工作原理。
Op-amp is widely used in computers, control systems, measuring instruments and so on. The monolithic integrated circuit operational amplifier appeared in the early 1960s and has been rapidly developed in the last decade. Monolithic IC fire arrester more and more reflect its advantages. It has small size, high gain, low drift, high reliability. China has emerged gain of 25 × 10 ~ 4 or higher integrated circuit amplifier. With the vigorous development of China's electronic technology, higher performance monolithic integrated circuit operational amplifier will appear. This article describes several typical domestic monolithic integrated circuit operational amplifier, and analyzes its working principle.
