单指针(批次备料指针)备料控制方法对称量斗的特殊干预较为不便,针对该问题,提出了基于多指针查询的高炉槽下备料控制方法。该方法根据不同料单型式构建备料多指针,设置动态备料区间实现多批次提前备料功能,选取合适的备料指针步进时刻提升槽下备料效率,在昆钢2 500 m3高炉应用后,取得了良好的控制效果。
