孔子讨论的君与臣,其实就是今天社会中各种各样的组织内部的领导者与被领导者。君子就是合群的人,企业家也应该是合群的人,因此企业家应该是君子。那么,君子何以合群?君子是靠什么样的品质将不同气质、能力的人联合为一个稳定的群?儒家经典对此有过广泛而深入的探讨。只要你知道怎么读,儒家经典其实也是最好的企业管理经典。在笔者看来,儒家经典形塑的君子至少具有三项最为重要的品质:德行、治理技艺、威仪。
The monarchs and clerics Confucius discussed were in fact the leaders and leaders of various organizations in society today. A gentleman is a group of people, entrepreneurs should also be gregarious, so entrepreneurs should be a gentleman. So, why the gentleman gregarious? What kind of gentleman is depending on the quality of different temperament, ability of people united as a stable group? Confucian classics have had extensive and in-depth discussion. As long as you know how to read, the Confucian classics are actually the best business management classics. In my opinion, the Confucian classics have at least three of the most important qualities: virtues, governance skills, and dignity.
