十八大以来,我国各行各业的发展有了新常态,大学生党员的发展也进入了新常态。新常态下,大学生党员仍然存在一定的问题,要求切实加强大学生的教育和管理。通过分析大学生党员新常态下存在的突出问题,根据存在的问题,提出加强大学生党员的教育和管理的措施,首先要严把入口关,其次要增强培训关,再次要建好党支部,最后要创建实践关的解决途径。
