IBES(能产生分选效应的间接生物浸出法)工艺已被开发用于硫化铜-锌精矿、锌精矿的生物浸出,也用于对难选金矿石的预处理。在这项工作研究了铜离子对采用此项工艺处理硫化锌精矿的影响。已观察到铜离子对锌溶解速度有不利的影响。将几个CSTR_S(连续搅拌槽反应器)内正铁浸出动力学曲线与停留时间分布进行结合,目的是为了预测在不同的铜浓度下用硫酸铁浸出锌精矿时平均停留时间和所需的反应器数量。研究结果表明,有必要对IBES工艺流程进行一些改进。
The IBES (Indirect Bioleaching Process that Produces Sorting Effects) process has been developed for the bioleaching of copper sulfide-zinc concentrates, zinc concentrates and also for the pretreatment of refractory gold ores. In this work, the effect of copper ions on the treatment of zinc sulfide concentrates using this process was studied. It has been observed that copper ions have an adverse effect on the rate of zinc dissolution. The kinetics of the positive iron leaching kinetics in CSTR_S (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) were combined with the residence time profile in order to predict the average residence time when leaching zinc concentrate with ferric sulphate at different copper concentrations and the desired The number of reactors. The results show that it is necessary to make some improvements to the IBES process.
