本文采用吡啶吸附的傅立叶变换红外光谱法 ( Py- FTIR)对三类典型工业 FCC催化剂基体的新鲜样品及其水热处理样品 (模拟平衡态 )进行了详细的酸性表征 ,并与基体的催化裂化反应性能尤其是氢转移反应能力进行了关联研究 ,发现基体的催化功能与其平衡态直接相关 ,而不是其新鲜态。
In this paper, pyridine-adsorbed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (Py-FTIR) for three typical industrial FCC catalyst matrix fresh samples and hydrothermal treatment of samples (simulated equilibrium state) carried out a detailed acidic characterization, and the substrate catalytic cracking reaction It is found that the catalytic function of the matrix is directly related to its equilibrium state, rather than its fresh state.
