目的探讨F波在糖尿病周围神经病(diabeticperipheralneu-ropathy,DPN)中的诊断价值。方法测定106例糖尿病(diabetesmel-litus,DM)患者和75名正常人下肢F波最短潜伏期、时限、波幅和面积,以及M波波幅和面积。结果无神经病变的DM患者30例,F波时限增宽8例,F波最短潜伏期延长4例,F/M波面积增大2例。有神经病变的DM患者76例,F波最短潜伏期均延长;F/M波波幅和F/M波面积增大;F波时限在轻型DPN患者中增宽,在重型DPN患者中未见明显异常。正常人F波最短潜伏期上限(Y)与腿长(X)的函数关系为Y=12.3+48.8X2。结论F波可作为早期诊断DPN的敏感指标,并可发现亚临床DPN。DPN患者的近、远端神经节段均可受累,近端神经损害可早于并重于远端神经。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of F wave in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The minimum F wave latency, time, amplitude, area and M wave amplitudes and areas of lower extremities in 106 patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and 75 normal subjects were determined. Results There were 30 patients with DM without neuropathy, 8 patients with widened F wave duration, 4 patients with the shortest latency of F wave and 2 patients with enlarged F / M wave. There were 76 cases of DM with neuropathy, the shortest latency of F wave were prolonged; F / M wave amplitude and F / M wave area were increased; F wave duration was widened in patients with mild DPN and no obvious abnormality in patients with severe DPN . The normal F wave minimum incubation period (Y) and leg length (X) as a function of Y = 12.3 +48.8X2. Conclusion F wave can be used as a sensitive indicator of early diagnosis of DPN, and can be found in subclinical DPN. DPN patients with proximal and distal nerve segments may be involved, proximal nerve damage may be earlier than and more distal nerve.
